ICESCO Center for Media Art (WEB TV) above all is a space where culture is considered as a factor of social and human development.

Thus, this place will promote social diversity, access to culture and arts for all, freedom of creation and expression, awareness of audiences and institutions debate and exchanges. The ambition of the centre is to cement the digital transition of the organisation and forge links with the film community.
